I have a room available in a 3/2 apartment, located 15 minutes away from UCF campus. It's a private room with a shared bathroom. There are two sweet, clean female roommates with adorable kittens. The rent is $540 plus utilities. It's really close to 417 and a lot of really good restaurants. The complex has been really helpful and kind, as well. Move in as soon as January 10!
